The high-performance hardware system allows heavy sliding elements to be operated easily, with one hand, through the handle. The sash height and width can be scaled up to 3000 mm and 400 kg weigth, allowing generous window dimensions to be implemented.

Wide openings, up to 10 m
The window profiles have a narrow visible width: 174 mm at the top and sides and 144 mm at the threshold, resulting in generous glass surfaces. The streamlined narrow design of the profiles is in perfect harmony with modern architectural trends, with large glazed surfaces and bright spaces.

Easy handling, even for doors with large openings
When actuating the door handle, the robust and durable roller system effortlessly lifts the active sliding frame, then allows it to slide smoothly and noise-free along the frame profile. The high-performance trolleys allows for both movements to be performed by anyone at ease, even with 400 kg sashes.
Hidden mechanics for a clean, modern look
The high performance running mechanism of the lift and slide hardware is reduced in size, being completely hidden in the bottom fold of the profile. The overall look is clean and modern, without visible hinges.

Each movable panel can have up to 3000 x 3000 mm, without exceeding 400 kg. By combining fixed and mobile panels, generous openings up to 10 m can be obtained.

Four levels of sealing in the median area
The median section of the lift and slide doors is equipped with four levels of EPDM long-lasting sealings, including two with anti-rubbing function.
Double perimeter insulation with EPDM gaskets
The gasket system guarantees both maximum wind and rain tightness, as well as optimal sound insulation. The gaskets are made of EPDM, resistant to ozone and UV radiation, which gives them a long life, without losing the sealing qualities.
EPDM is an elastomer, returning to its original shape after intense stretching or tapping efforts, including elongations of up to 400% -500%. The behavior is excellent in extreme climatic conditions, maintaining its mechanical characteristics at temperatures between -45ºC and 130ºC. It is not attacked by microorganisms. Contains no chlorine, plasticizers, halogens and heavy metals.
Thresholds with triple thermal insulation
The triple thermal insulation of the threshold, together with the thermally insulated reinforcement of the frame profile, contribute to the excellent energy efficiency of the door, effectively eliminating thermal bridges and cold floor areas.

Opening and closing monitoring
When you want to be absolutely safe, the lift and slide doors can be configured with an integrated open / close monitoring system. The monitoring system includes an interface which allows integration with the building automation and can be further integrated with the alarm system, for increased security of the residence and family.
Safety sensors
Sensors can be used to detect obstacles in the path of closing doors. The simplest sensor consists of a light beam aimed across the opening: when the beam is broken by an obstacle, the operator prevents the door from closing. Infrared and radar safety sensors are also commonly used.
Other sensors such as resistance-sensing motors can be used to reverse the closing action of the door after an obstacle is encountered.
Remote control door openers
For those who want to integrate the functionality of lift and slide doors into a smart home system, they can be operated remotely via electric motors.
